• If your account is set to private in the privacy settings of your Instagram account, your Instagram photos will not be shown to anyone except those who have approved them. In that case, please follow @meljpsummerfest and approve any follow requests from @meljpsummerfest.

• The photos submitted for this contest may be featured on the Melbourne Japanese Summer Festival 2022 website and SNS. Please note that we will not notify you individually in such cases.

• Please note that entries may be reposted on partner social media accounts.

• By entering the contest, you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

• The photo contest is open to all Australian residents.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

• Winners will be selected through a strict screening process.

• Candidates will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the @meljpsummerfest account.

• After receiving the notification, kindly follow the instructions and contact us within the time period. Otherwise, you won’t get your prize.

• After the winners are selected, the winning entries and usernames will be published on Melbourne Japanese Summer Festival 2022 website.
